Some men may suffer an increase in the volume of the mammary gland of one or both breasts. After ruling out any underlying pathology by carrying out the necessary tests (blood tests, ultrasound and/or MRI scan), it is possible to surgically remove the glandular and fatty tissue, which is unsightly and debilitating for the patient. The patient will have to wear an elastic chest wrap and limit physical activity (sports, physical exertion) for a month after surgery.
